In order to qualify for a full service refund on a deposit, the refund must be requested no later than 30 days after the deposit was given. Furthermore the deposit cannot be returned if the event is canceled less than 72 hours prior to the event taking place.

In order to qualify for a product return and refund, all products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. To receive a full refund, the product must be in its original condition, undamaged and unused. We strive to process all refunds promptly and efficiently, ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your experience.
